Mr. Henry Parker Sain, age 70, of Bell Buckle, died Saturday, June 4, 2011, at Heritage Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Reverend Stephen Caine will officiate, with burial to follow in Hazel Cemetery in Bell Buckle.
Visitation will be 4-8 PM Tuesday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel.
He was born September 30, 1940, in Manchester, Tennessee, to the late Henry Pearl and Virginia Wright Sain. He was a farmer and a self titled “Soil Engineer”. He was previously named Outstanding Farmer of the Year and won the County Yield Contest for corn. Mr. Sain was sent to China by the Deputy Commissioner of Agriculture for the State of Tennessee for collaboration. He held membership in the Farm Bureau, was a past president of Shelbyville Jaycees, and was a former Bell Buckle Alderman. He won Blue Ribbons at the County Fair for his vegetables and was also a former Coach in the Little League. He was a member of the Church of Christ and was well known for taking food to people all over the county.
He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Lynne Burkhart Sain, of Bell Buckle; two sons, Danny Sain, of Bell Buckle, and Rick Sain, and his wife Amy, of Murfreesboro, and a daughter, Lori Smith, and her husband James, of Murfreesboro; a sister, Elizabeth Faye (Betty) Sain, of Lynchburg; five grandchildren, Dylan Sain, Alec Sain, Ky Sain, Jacob Smith, and Susanna Smith.

Mr. McKinley Sims, Jr., age 77, of Shelbyville died Saturday, May 4, 2011, at Christian Care Center of Bedford County.

He was born July 7, 1933, in Bedford County, to the late McKinley and Nannie Parsons Sims, Sr. He was retired from Goodyear Tire Company and a member of Hurricane Creek Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Willie Nett Sims in 2000.
He is survived by one son, Wendell Sims, and his wife Sadie, of Shelbyville; four daughters, Nannie Sims Buchanan Tomerlin, and her husband Steve, Lovie Sims Benford, and her husband Harvey, and Renee Sims Ewing, and her husband Eugene, all of Shelbyville, and Roseha Sims, of Murfreesboro; seven grandchildren, Bryan L. She was born March 25, 1947, in Rutherford County, to the late L.J. and Lena Green Frazier. She was a homemaker and member of Scott United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Alfred James Akins in 2006, and a son, Victor Tyrone Frazier.
She is survived by a son, John Anderson, of Shelbyville; two brothers, Joe Frazier, and his wife Dorothy, and T.J. Frazier, and his wife JoAnn, all of Shelbyville; a sister, Stella Akins, and her husband Evins, of Shelbyville; a grandchild, Victor Tyrone Frazier, Jr. and a great grandchild, Azyah Frazier; daughter in law, Benita Frazier, of Shelbyville.

He was born May 2, 1929, in Lincoln County to the late Garrett E. and Myrtice Cleek Redd. He was retired from UniRoyal after 33 years of service and was employed with the Bedford County Board of Education for the last 28 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Skinner Redd, in 2003, a daughter, Linda Darlene Redd in 1958, and two sisters, Edith Parker and Glendon Foster.
He is survived by two sons, Donnie Redd and Richard T. Redd, and his wife Nellie, all of Shelbyville; a daughter, Janice Brown, of Shelbyville; a brother, John Redd, and his wife Audrey, of Lewisburg; a sister, Iris Bradford, of Shelbyville; seven grandchildren, William Robert Brown, Jr., Teresa Lynn Brown, Davey Redd, Sandra Redd, Joshua Redd, Tommy Garrett, and Felicia Garrett; three great grandchildren, Masin Brown, Aiden Brown, and Alexandria Brown.

Mr. John “Warren” Clements, age 66, died at home, Tuesday, June 14, 2011, following a lengthy illness.
Memorial services and inurnment will be held at a later date in Mobile, AL. Per his request, his remains were cremated.
He was born March 24, 1945, in Reform, Alabama, to the late John Wilson and Eula Mae Delk Clements. He was a veteran of the Navy Seabees, a former member of the Florida Highway Patrol, retired from the State of Alabama, Alabama Public Service Commission, and worked at Big G Express after his retirement.
He was preceded in death by three brothers; James Clements, Gene Clements and Thomas Clements, and a sister; Geraldine Skelton.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Gayle Clements, of Shelbyville; two grandchildren who resided with him, Cody Breeding and Chelsea Breeding; two sisters, Sara C. Waldrop and her children Billy (Arlene) Waldrop and Winifred (Neal) Moody, of Mobile, Alabama, and Joyce (Don) Shipman, of Florence, Alabama, and her children Brian, Rhonda and Amy; a nephew, James Parker, of Tucson, AZ; a niece, Laurita Jordan, of Shelbyville, TN; and many other family members, too numerous to mention.

He was an employee of GM Saturn for 17 years and worked a construction business with his brother and was a member of Howell First Baptist Church and attended Fair Haven Baptist Church. He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Morrow Dickens; daughter, Brittney Dickens; a step-son, Daniel Proctor; a sister, Tanya Snoddy, of Shelbyville; a brother, Jeff (Mary Lynn) Dickens, of Shelbyville; one grandchild, Hunter Proctor.

He was retired from Shelbyville Bottling Company and worked previously with Bedford County Hospital and Shelbyville Police Department. At the present time, he was working with the Bedford County Board of Education as a crossing guard and with Wal Mart. He held membership at Bird Street Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Christine Montgomery Bonner, of Shelbyville; six daughters, Althea Berry, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; Mary Bonner, Angela Rippy, and her husband Tyrone Marcus, Elaine Rankins, Diane Ussery, and Gloria Rowe, and her husband George, all of Shelbyville; three sons, William “JB” Bonner, and Kevin Chunn, both of Shelbyville, and Larry Johnson, of Tullahoma; a brother, Henry Bonner, and his wife Louise, and a sister, Mary Steele, all of Shelbyville; fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
